Welcome to 2009 and first meeting....

Welcome to the year 2009 and we are ready to move on to the next project.
The discussion at the meeting was wrapping up the 2008 project of the Santa House with all money's turned in and report on financial. President Ann Ronchetta gave an update and we discussed the next projects. Pairing with Optimist is underway with Sam Packham and Carol Barnes along with Ann are underway. The Pillar of the community was selected and John Davis was selected as our member to be honored this year. The event will be in Grain Valley this year at the community center and on February 28th. That is only 6 weeks away. So more information will be posted for this.
Also mentioned is the EASTER EGG HUNT that will be on April 4th and stuffing eggs on March 28th. More information will follow on that as well. Please remember to come to the meeting on January 17th as we will have a guest speaker.
